Plain terms for a small, kind thing.

By making or opening anything on LoveTape you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Your content

Everything you write stays yours. You give LoveTape permission to store it and show it to the people you share a link with, and nothing else. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use, and do not use LoveTape to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.

Links are keys

A tape link, note link, or shared-space link opens that thing for anyone who has it. Share them the way you would share a house key. LoveTape cannot recover a lost edit key.

Music

Songs are streamed by YouTube and Spotify under their own terms of service. LoveTape links to and embeds music; it does not host recordings. Video results are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Plus and tips

Tape Plus is a one-time purchase for one tape. Our Space Plus is a monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe receipt link; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Tips are gifts and are not refundable. If a paid feature is broken, write to us and we will make it right or refund it.

Availability

LoveTape is offered as is. We work hard to keep it up, but a private link may become unavailable, and bedtime notes expire after 30 days by design. We may change or retire features with notice on the home page.

Age

LoveTape is for adults and for teenagers with a parent’s permission. It is not directed at children under 13.
